    We are opening a new facility in the coming months and have majority of the operations in order but I am looking at some information on the common situations that may occur. On a day to day basis what are some of issues that have happened and how were they dealt with.

    For example:
    – a customer damaging a wall, equipment, door or elevator while moving in/out their items. How would you approach this?

    Any input/feedback will be very beneficial.
