I am trying to get a hold of Sue Margeson and have left several voice mails and emails and have not heard back from Sue. Am I the only person having this problem?
The items I wanted to discuss with Sue were:
a) The pending credit card rate increase with CHASE. Did anyone else get a letter from CHASE advising them of a rate increase?
b) Do self storage operators not residing in Ontario have to pay the ON provincial sales tax on the membership fee? I am in Alberta. Does anyone know?
c) What is the status of the Alberta lien law committee.
d) Is there a chance to have a universal members only “Self Storage Contract” drawn up? We are all using our own versions and some of us are spending a chunk of change on lawyers to get it right, others just copy parts of a contract from others. I would be nice to have the CSSA look into this.
Feedback from members would be appreciated.
