We are aware that MPAC has sent out a request of information for you to submit your income and expense information on your property for your most recent fiscal year.
The letter sent out was a general letter. I have communicated with MPAC over the last couple of days and they have affirmed that we are still on a cost approach.
At this time, it is the CSSA’s Property Tax Committee position that you do not submit the requested information.
