This Forum appears to be inactive. My thoughts are it is not advertised enough. Or all storage facility owners and managers are so smart they don’t need advice or further help/information on running their businesses 🙂
We use Sitelink and find it very good. Not perfect but for a large facility it works well keeping track of payments and vacancies. I do not depend on the financials. We do a daily close and I take the information and enter it into an accounting program. A little more work but more accurate I believe. Technical support for Sitelink is excellent. Usually get an answer immediately or within 24 hours.
